Fast And Easy Gallon Margarita Recipe
By S G Hupp
Given the fact that you're an absolute social butterfly and have reached the highest pinnacle of neighborhood popularity, there are going to be times that you find yourself either hosting or attending and event that is so jam packed with thirsty people that it just won't be feasable for you to individually craft every cocktail you provide. At times like this, if the gathering is sufficiently casual, a margarita, pre-mixed by the gallon rarely goes wrong.
So do this:
Pour into a gallon jug (I usually use something like a sun tea jar that has a spout for easy serving): 2 12oz. cans of lemonade or limeade concentrate, 1 tbs of orange extract, the juice of 4 limes, and 1 quart of tequila. Then fill the jug the rest of the way up with water, and mix with a wooden spoon. You can put it in the freezer for a while to make it slushy, or just leave it as is and off you go!
